Q1. What is Think Lounge® and what services do you offer?
Think Lounge® is Austin's newest drop-in co-working space, uniquely designed to offer both a childwatch service and a café. We provide open workspaces, phone booths, dedicated desks, and day access options, with childwatch services to support parents while they work. Free drip coffee is included with any access pass.
Q2. How does the childwatch service work?
Our childwatch service is a screen-free, play-based activity center available for children aged 18 months to 11 years. Parents can use this service for up to 4 hours a day (with a weekly maximum of 12 hours), and must remain on the premises while their child is in care.
Q3. What amenities are included with the coworking passes?
All coworking passes include access to the coworking lounge and café, soundproof phone booths, and bottomless drip coffee. Specific passes also include complimentary childwatch and dedicated desks with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and universal laptop dock.
Q4. What is your policy on food and snacks in the childwatch area?
We have a strict nut-free policy to ensure a safe environment for all children. Only the snacks or meals provided by parents are allowed, and no food sharing is permitted.
Q5. Can I use the Think Lounge® coworking space without childwatch services?
Yes, we offer day access and dedicated desks on demand for those without children, providing access to all the standard amenities of the coworking space and café.
Q6. What makes the Think Lounge® café special?
Our café features exquisite coffee from Houston-based Katz Coffee, baked goods from local bakers like Fadi Odeh and Heather (Lil' Mama), and beautifully handcrafted wood tables by Wil Kirwan. The café is designed to provide a tranquil ambiance for productivity and relaxation.
