Croissants & Pastries by Michelle's Patisserie
As a young child, Michelle's passion for baking took shape in the kitchen of her grandmother. After college, she worked under Traci des Jardin of Jardiniere as a pastry cook, learning the California French techniques of baking and pastry. Michelle's work has been featured in both regional and national issues of The Knot, the Austin Wedding Guide, Brides of Austin, Style Me Pretty, and Martha Stewart Weddings.
Baking by Fadi Odeh
Fadi Odeh, a self-taught cook, local baker, and founder of In Between Cuisine, was a finalist on Fox’s Crime Scene Kitchen. Fadi has always been very devoted to his dishes and calls himself a food enthusiast. Enjoy his famous Gluten-Free Nut-Free Miso-Tahini Brownie and other delectable baked creations. Keep your eye out for new recipes as they rotate in, keeping the selection fresh and exciting. In his spare time, Fadi gives back to the community as a food volunteer with the University Baptist Church.
Baking by Lil’ Mama’s Kitchen
Lil' Mama (aka Heather) started baking at age 13. Originally from a small town south of Boston, Massachusetts, she moved to Austin in January 1999 - gaining the necessary skills and experience to follow her heart's desire in 2011 with the opening of Lil' Mama's Kitchen. As a wholesale specialty bakery, she provides made-from-scratch products that create happy food memories. She also offers limited-service catering and catering trays.

Blended began with a recipe passed down from Chef Tristan's mother, who first taught him how to make salsa at just six years old. That early lesson in balancing fresh flavors became the foundation of everything he does. Today, he honors that tradition by using only high-quality, fresh ingredients—each prepared and combined with care. From Tristan’s kitchen straight to your desk, these meals are crafted with whole, fresh ingredients — never seed oils. Each dish is thoughtfully designed to keep you fueled, focused, and feeling good through the day. Most are gluten-free, making it easy to eat well while you work.
Overnight Oats by Oatmeal & Company
Oatmeal & Company was created from a place of love. The love a mother has for her only child. She was simply seeking to nourish him thoughtfully. Since stumbling into this business, she has disrupted boring bowls of oatmeal and replaced morning routines with thoughtfully curated blends of fruit, organic oat and high-quality spices. Each batch of artisanal oatmeal is prepared with the greatest amount of love, and the intention of converting the pickiest of eaters into oatmeal lovers.
