Nurture Tots & Preschool Program
All-in-One Daycare & Coworking
Children receive an enriching learning experience while parents run errands or stay on-site to work
Think Lounge® Nurture Center specializes in play-based, sensory-focused learning and teaching the social and emotional skills necessary for success in life and school. Our unique, hands-on curriculum helps foster early childhood development in key areas such as language, fine and gross motor, arts, STEM and social/emotional learning. Our Montessori-inspired, hybrid learning environment has an open floorplan, which encourages self-directed exploration during free play sessions. Structure and school preparation is introduced gradually as the child demonstrates readiness. We also provide plenty of opportunities for children to be physically active both indoors and outdoors throughout the day. Our single, mixed age class allows toddlers to play and learn alongside our preschoolers in a family-like atmosphere. We maintain 3 teachers at all times per 17 children enabling a low teacher to child ratio of approximately 1:6.

Jen Nilan
Owner, General Manager
With a background and graduate degree in business, I developed my passion for working with kids as a volunteer teacher and coach with organizations such as Hill Country Bible Church, Education Connection, and the YMCA Twin Lakes, focusing specifically on toddlers, preschoolers and early elementary. It's so gratifying now that this passion can take center stage at my own business, where I feel truly fulfilled working full-time with children and most importantly, supporting other families in their parenthood journey.

Sarah Ramirez
Director of Childcare & Early Childhood Education
With over 10 years of experience in the licensed childcare field, and the last 4 years dedicated to serving as a Director, I have cared for children aged 6 weeks all the way up to 11 years old in my tenure. I am excited to use my knowledge to care for and educate children as the Director of Childcare and Early Childhood Education, where I can truly focus on my passion for creating nurturing and enriching environments for children to thrive through play-based learning and personalized care.

Katelyn Spencer
Early Childhood Curriculum Coordinator
With over 13 years of experience as an early childhood special education teacher and Mom to two little boys, I know just how important sensory integration and play-based learning is. I started my own business called Play Kits by Katelyn to create easily accessible sensory experiences to promote the importance of everyday PLAY in children's lives. I provide the sensory curriculum and play-based learning consulting to the early childhood education programs at Think Lounge Nurture Center.
