Drop-In Childcare

With a background and graduate degree in business, I developed my passion for working with kids as a volunteer teacher and coach with organizations such as Hill Country Bible Church, Education Connection, and the YMCA Twin Lakes, focusing specifically on toddlers, preschoolers and early elementary. It's so gratifying now that this passion can take center stage at my own business, where I feel truly fulfilled working full-time with children and most importantly, supporting other families in their parenthood journey.

With over 10 years of experience in the licensed childcare field, and the last 4 years dedicated to serving as a Director, I have cared for children aged 6 weeks all the way up to 11 years old in my tenure. I am excited to use my knowledge to care for and educate children as the Director of Childcare and Early Childhood Education, where I can truly focus on my passion for creating nurturing and enriching environments for children to thrive through play-based learning and personalized care.

From an early age, I have been passionate about working with children and supporting their growth. I volunteered through programs such as Vacation Bible School and served as a counselor at Girl Scout workshops, experiences that helped nurture my love for mentoring young learners. As an adult, I rediscovered that passion and am grateful to be surrounded by the energy and curiosity children bring each day. I believe every child deserves a safe, supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

I bring over 12 years of customer service and food service experience, including 4 years focused on café operations and improvement. I believe a great café is about more than coffee—it’s about creating a welcoming space where people feel valued and at home. I’m passionate about building strong teams, supporting staff growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Through thoughtful leadership and a commitment to community, I strive to make every visit meaningful.
