Delete Your Think Lounge Account 

Think Lounge allows you to permanently delete your account at any time. When you submit an account deletion request, your account is immediately marked for deletion and access to your account is removed.

Your account will remain in a pending deletion status for 30 days. During this period, if you deleted your account by mistake or change your mind, you may contact our support team to request account reactivation.

After the 30-day waiting period has expired, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Please note that certain records may be retained for longer periods when required by applicable laws, regulations, or childcare licensing requirements. Any retained information will be stored only for the period required by those obligations.

1. Sign in to your account at https://app.mythinklounge.com/.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Click your user profile circle to open the account menu.
4. Select the red Delete Account button.
5. A confirmation window will appear explaining the consequences of account deletion.
6. To continue, click the red Delete button.
7. Your account will immediately be marked for deletion and you will lose access to your account.

1. Open the Think Lounge app and sign in if you are not already logged in.
2. Tap the Profile button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. Scroll down until you find the Delete Account button.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. A confirmation message will appear explaining the consequences of account deletion.
6. Tap the red Delete button to confirm.
7. Your account will immediately be marked for deletion and you will lose access to your account.
